  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water, honey, and olive oil to the bread machine pan.

Step 2

Sprinkle the salt over the liquid ingredients to distribute it evenly.

Step 3

Add the bread flour, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and ground flaxseed to the pan. Ensure the ingredients are spread evenly.

Sprinkle the vital wheat gluten over the top of the dry ingredients.
