  • 1.25 cups Warm water
  • 0.25 cups Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cornmeal
  • 3 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups Toppings (pepperoni, cooked sausage, vegetables, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 4-5 minutes.
