Ingredients

  • 32 oz Frozen meatballs (fully cooked)
  • 20 oz Pineapple chunks (in juice, not syrup)
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 medium Bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Place the frozen meatballs in the crock pot.

Step 2

Drain the juice from the can of pineapple chunks and reserve it in a small bowl. Set the pineapple chunks aside.

In the small bowl with the reserved pineapple juice, add ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Whisk together until well combined to create the sweet and sour sauce.
