Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 4 medium red potatoes

  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Cut the red potatoes into quarters and the yellow onion into wedges.
