Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chops from the skillet and set aside.
