  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
