  • 2 pieces 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Water (to mix with egg wash, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
