  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 450 grams green beans, trimmed

  • 120 milliliters (about 1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 120 grams (about 1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 milliliters (about 1/4 cup) milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 60 grams (about 1/2 cup) breadcrumbs
  • 30 grams (about 2 tablespoons) unsalted butter
  • 1 as needed cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
