  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced andouille sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove it from the pot and set aside.
