Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • 1.5 cups green enchilada sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 ounces diced green chiles (canned)
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend, diced green chiles, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
