  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or nonstick spray (for greasing the baking dish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.

If using fresh broccoli, blanch the florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside. (Skip this step if using frozen broccoli.)
