  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cups water

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 4

4. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown but not cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and whisk together the Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, water, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth and combined.

Step 6

6. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 7

7. Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top of each piece.

Step 8

8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

Step 9

9. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

Step 10

10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm with your favorite sides, such as rice or steamed vegetables.
