  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet or deep saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
