  • 240 milliliters heavy whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 grams chopped pistachios
  • 10 pieces (optional, for garnish) whole pistachios

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with 355 milliliters of cold milk. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Set aside.

Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the remaining 355 milliliters of cold milk. Whisk until thickened and set aside.
