  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, mixing until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Add shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.

Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spread the mixture evenly.

Step 6

If desired, sprinkle the top with bread crumbs for a crispy topping.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and bubbling around the edges.

Step 8

Optional: Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes at the end to brown the top lightly.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Step 10

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Step 11

Serve the dip warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
