  • 4 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla extract or other flavoring (optional)

1. In a small bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Step 2

2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract (or flavoring of your choice) to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Step 3

3. Grease the Easy Bake Oven cake pan lightly with non-stick spray or a small amount of vegetable oil.

Step 5

5. Preheat your Easy Bake Oven as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 6

6. Place the cake pan into the oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until the cake is firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7

7. Carefully remove the cake from the oven using oven-safe tools and let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.

Step 8

8. Once cool, gently loosen the edges with a butter knife and transfer the cake to a plate.

Step 9

9. Frost or decorate the cake as desired and serve. Enjoy your homemade mini cake!
