Directions

Step 1

Place the cooked rice in a bowl and gently break up any clumps with a fork. Set aside.

Cut the bacon slices into small pieces about 1/2 inch wide.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and thinly slice the green onions, if using, for garnish.
