  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti, cooked (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and gently pound them with a meat mallet to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
