Ingredients

  • 5 cups Fresh spinach
  • 14 ounces Artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, drained and roughly chopped)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for sautéing spinach)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly. Once cooled, squeeze out any excess liquid and roughly chop.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

Stir in the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

Step 5

Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts, mixing until evenly combined.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Step 7

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden crust on top.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.
