  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup Elbow macaroni

Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Place the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
