Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 cup Slivered almonds

  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the mixed salad greens and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the oranges and cut them into bite-sized segments, removing any seeds. Add the orange segments to the salad bowl with the greens.
