  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 1 large onion

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef chuck roast on both sides until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
