  • 1 large Onion

Directions

Step 1

Peel and chop the potatoes into evenly sized chunks, about 2-inch pieces.

Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Peel and roughly chop the onion into large chunks.

Place the potatoes, carrots, and onion in a large pot, and cover them with water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.
