  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the cubed butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingertips to blend it until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
