Directions

Step 1

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt.

Rub the spice mix generously over both sides of the pork chops, ensuring even coating.
