Ingredients

  • 1 cup Durkee fried onion rings
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 French baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the French baguette into approximately 16 thin rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Brush both sides of each baguette slice lightly with olive oil.

Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
