  • 10 cups Popped popcorn (plain, unsalted)
  • 1 cup Dulce de leche
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cups Marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Neutral oil or butter (for greasing hands)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a large mixing bowl by lightly greasing it with oil or butter to prevent sticking. Add the popped popcorn to the bowl and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the dulce de leche and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add the marshmallows to the saucepan and stir constantly until they are completely melted and incorporated into the dulce de leche mixture.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
