  • 4 pieces Sub rolls (6-inch)
  • 1 pound Cooked roast beef
  • 8 slices Sharp cheddar cheese

  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large (sliced) Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the grease.

In a small bowl, mix the butter and garlic powder. Spread this garlic butter mixture evenly onto the cut sides of the sub rolls.
