  • 16 ounces Cream cheese
  • 5 ounces Dried beef
  • 4 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.

While the cream cheese softens, finely chop the dried beef and green onions, setting aside a small portion of each for coating the outside of the cheese ball later.
