  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes, roughly 1-inch in size. Rinse the cubes under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat them dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt completely and become slightly foamy.

Step 3

Smash the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife to release their oils, but leave them mostly intact. Add the smashed garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove the garlic from the skillet and set it aside for later.
