  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ghost pepper hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them crisp up in the oven.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the dry mixture until evenly coated.
