  • 1.25 cups Dr Pepper Cherry soda

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 whole maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, Dr Pepper Cherry soda, and vanilla extract until combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and well combined (do not overmix).
