Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 2 medium Apple
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger Root
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly under cold water.

Step 2

Peel the lemon and lime, and remove any seeds. Set aside.

Step 3

Cut the cucumber into chunks for easier blending.

Step 4

Core the apples, and cut them into quarters. Leave the skin on if desired.

Step 5

Roughly chop the celery stalks and parsley for easier blending.

Step 6

Peel the ginger root and chop it into smaller pieces.

Step 7

Add the spinach, cucumber, celery, apples, parsley, lemon, lime, and ginger root to a blender.

Step 8

Pour in 1/2 cup of water to help with blending.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. You can add more water if needed to adjust the consistency.
