Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Frozen berries (mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons Plant-based protein powder (sugar-free, vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 handful Fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia, monk fruit, or other natural sugar substitute (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 0.25 cup Water (optional, for adjusting consistency)

Directions

Step 1

Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a high-speed blender.

Step 2

Measure and add 1 cup of frozen mixed berries to the blender.

Step 3

Scoop 2 tablespoons of plant-based protein powder into the blender.

Step 4

Add 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

Step 5

Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves into the blender for added nutrients.

Step 6
