  • 0.5 cup Fruit jam (e.g., raspberry or strawberry)
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Dark chocolate (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the vanilla extract.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing on low speed until the dough comes together.
