  • 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
