  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened apple sauce
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Grated fresh apple (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with nonstick cooking spray.
