Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 15 oz canned black beans
  • 15 oz canned sweet corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 3 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2

Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the cooked beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

While the beef is cooling, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large mixing bowl.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain and rinse the black beans and sweet corn. Add the tomatoes, black beans, and corn to the bowl with the lettuce.
