Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Green cabbage
  • 2 large Carrot
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and rinse it under cold water. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife or a food processor, shred the cabbage into thin strips and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Peel and grate the carrots using a box grater or a food processor. Add the grated carrots to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 4

Peel and finely slice the red onion. Add the onion slices to the bowl with the other vegetables.
