  • 2 pieces Tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 piece Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Flatbreads
  • 100 grams Tahini sauce or hummus

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to form a marinade.
