  • 2 teaspoons (or to taste) Hot sauce (optional)
  • 0.25 cup (chopped) Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup (for garnish) Tortilla strips
  • 1 cup (for garnish) Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium (cubed, optional garnish) Avocado
  • 1 large (cut into wedges for serving) Lime wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
