Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Napa cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 cup Slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing into thin strips.

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and Napa cabbage. Peel the carrot and cut it into matchstick-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and cucumber. Chop the green onions and cilantro leaves.
