Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups (cubed) Crusty bread
  • 5 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves (minced) Garlic
  • 4 pieces (finely chopped) Anchovy fillets
  • 1 large Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon (freshly ground) Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the cubed crusty bread onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with a pinch of salt, and toss to coat. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
