Ingredients

  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 300 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and form a sticky dough.

Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture, about 1 tablespoon each, and roll them into smooth balls. Place the balls on a lined baking tray or plate.
