  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square or round baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
