  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1.25 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
  • 0 Grapefruit segments (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line a round 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
