Ingredients

  • 16 individual Button mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.33 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, and carefully remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

Step 3

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until tender. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, sautéed mushroom stems, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the filling is well combined.
