  • 1 unit Chicken bouillon cube (or vegetable bouillon for vegetarian version)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
