Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Halibut fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with enough space between each piece.

In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard and lemon zest. Brush a thin, even layer of this mixture over the top of each halibut fillet.
