  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup White chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 3 cups Chow mein noodles
  • 0.5 cup Shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup Crushed pretzels
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.

Step 2

In a large heatproof bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips.

Step 3

Melt the mixture gently by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully combined. Alternatively, melt the mixture over a double boiler on the stove.

Step 4

Once melted, fold in chow mein noodles, shredded coconut, and crushed pretzels. Stir gently to evenly coat all the dry ingredients with the melted chocolate mixture.
